10am-10.30am - people arrive, chat have coffee and get split into groups

10.30am-1pm - groups are writing and working on their waiata

1pm-2pm - lunch break

2pm-5pm - groups continue writing and working on their waiata

5pm-6pm - producers touch up the songs

6pm - listening session
